Chef Mike Kantar started his career out at the Hilton in Istanbul, Turkey, moved to Vienna, Austria. After experiencing success around the globe, Chef Kantar came to the United States, and was the executive chef at The Sheraton in Silver Spring, MD. Mike opened his first restaurant, named Marquis Restaurant in Prince Georges County, MD. Ahmet and Haluk learned hands on from their Father, Mike.

After moving around to a few different locations, we have ended up back in Prince Georges County, and we have made a full circle in the food and beverage industry. We hope you enjoy your visit, and your experience at Remingtons!
